Returns
Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving orders if there is any questions or errors.
All purchases are final unless due to an error in the cut or a flaw in the product. No returns on downloads, floss, patterns, books, or special order Returns must be authorized with a special RA number.
Shipping
We strive to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order (except for weekends or holidays). All orders will be shipped using the most economical method of shipping. If you should wish for expedited shipping, please let us know as you will be responsible for any extra costs. Thank you
